I have this one really big freckle on my nose and have been bothered by it for years. I was going to get laser and then saw the reviews for this. I put it on twice a day on the spot and it basically kills that skin. I was impatient and peeled off the dead layer early and the spot was raw and I feared it would scar. It did not scar though (I put neosporin on it everyday). The freckle became so much lighter I was so amazed! I then repeated a second time a few weeks later to lighten it even more and this time I was more patient. The skin just came off like dry skin a week later and my freckle is even lighter. I no longer have to put concealer on this spot to hide it. This product is truly a miracle (or just a lot of bad chemicals, but I don't care it worked!). I tried it on my whole face for a few days but then stopped.
