I fully advocate Proactiv products. They can be drying for some folks in which case I'd recommend alternating with more gentle skincare or using a moisturizer as part of your basic regimen after allowing the repair lotion to be fully absorbed. Bottom line: they're effective.The problem with this particular order is that I had ordered 5 pieces. A 4 pc kit including Refining Mask and a separate treatment. The cleanser, toner and repair lotion arrived wrapped in plastic along with the independently boxed treatment. I had presumed that the MISSING Refining Mask would arrive under separate cover. When it hadn't, I contacted the seller twice via email, but have yet to hear back from him regarding the anticipated arrival date of the MISSING refining mask from the original shipment. I contacted Amazon since they are the direct seller, and I received the option of a return or a credit toward a replacement.
